Financial Terms
Booking Fee/Deposit: A non-refundable fee (e.g., 30%) to secure the date, acting as agreed-upon loss for cancellations.
Final Payment: When the remaining balance is due (e.g., 2 weeks before the shoot) and acceptable payment methods.
Price Changes: Policy on price adjustments if sessions are rescheduled.
Image Rights & Usage
Copyright: Images are protected by copyright; the photographer retains ownership.
Usage License: Defines how the client can use the images (e.g., personal use, social media, no commercial use without separate agreement).
Display Rights: Photographer's right to use images for portfolio, website, marketing, etc..
Client & Photographer Responsibilities
Client Responsibilities: Securing permissions for private locations, informing photographer of specific needs, ensuring guest cooperation (e.g., no guest flashes).
Photographer Responsibilities: Making efforts to fulfill client requests while maintaining artistic vision.
5. Cancellation & Postponement

6. Liability & Deliverables
